绿碳化硅4000# 的性能特点和用途


        绿碳化硅4000#的D50范围为3.0-3.8um,颗粒范围窄，90%的颗粒分布在1um-8um区间内，没有特别大的颗粒，避免了研磨过程中造成的表面损伤和划痕。绿碳化硅的维氏硬度为3280-3400kg/mm2,莫氏硬度为9.4-9.5，对于需要精细打磨的光学玻璃、石英玻璃、翡翠玉石、复合材料的研磨，可到达高效和精细抛光的效果。

The D50 range of green silicon carbide 4000 # is 3.0-3.8um, with a narrow particle range. 90% of the particles are distributed in the 1um-8um range, without particularly large particles, avoiding surface damage and scratches caused by the grinding process. The Vickers hardness of green silicon carbide is 3280-3400kg/mm2, and the Mohs hardness is 9.4-9.5. It can achieve efficient and fine polishing effects for optical glass, quartz glass, jadeite, and composite materials that require fine polishing.
